Crisis Ministry

Cornerstone Fellowship Baptist Church offers limited financial assistance through our Crisis Ministry for individuals and families experiencing temporary hardship.

We understand that requesting help often comes during difficult and stressful seasons. This process is designed to be respectful, confidential, and supportive.

Assistance, when available, is intended to help with a portion of an outstanding utility or rental balance.

Submission of this form does not guarantee assistance. All requests are reviewed, verified, and subject to available funding and approval.

Payments, if approved, are made directly to the utility provider or landlord—not to the applicant.
