SPECIAL WEDNESDAY EVENING BIBLE STUDY:
EMBRACING RESILIENCE AND EMPOWERMENT IN THE BLACK COMMUNITY
Join us for an enriching five-part Bible-Study series, “Embracing Resilience and Empowerment in the Black Community,” where we will explore the hope that God offers through scripture.
Each Wednesday, starting October 23, 2024 through November 20, 2024, from 7pm – 8pm (45 min teaching, 15 min Q&A), via Zoom or phone, we’ll delve into a different area of life and faith, offering insight, inspiration, and encouragement for our families, churches, minds, history, and even in the current political climate.
Our distinguished speakers, who will bring forth powerful messages are as follows:
- Week 1 (Oct. 23rd): Hope for Our Families with Dr. Donald E. Dunnigan, Sr
- Week 2 (Oct. 30th): Hope in Our Churches with Dr. Drummer
- Week 3 (Nov. 6th): Hope in Our Minds with Rev. Dr. A’Shellarien Addison
- Week 4 (Nov. 13th): Hope in History with Rev. Dr. Lawrence Livingston
